Niall started his career as an Articled Quantity Surveyor with John Laing Construction and then he held subsequent increasingly senior commercial positions at Amey and Simons before migrating over to Development and Project Management firstly within Simons Estates and then with Moorfield Group. At Moorfield he gained a broad range of experience across many real estate sectors including retirement, student and BTR residential, hotels, offices and retail. His most recent role was as Development Director at Reditum Capital where he gained valuable experience in underwriting and managing complex lending positions.
